What to include in a useful message

Please include (1) the exact MendNook article or tool URL; (2) the passage, measurement or calculator behavior concerned; (3) the applicable product brand and model, without serial numbers, personal addresses or sensitive information; and (4) a manufacturer manual or first-party technical reference where possible. For a browser bug, include the browser/device type and what you expected to happen. That helps us reproduce the issue instead of guessing.

Corrections and privacy requests

For a technical correction, put Correction request in the email subject and identify the statement you think is inaccurate. For a privacy question, use Privacy request and describe what information you previously chose to send by email. We will review the request and respond where appropriate, but we do not promise a fixed response time or personalized installation recommendations.

Services we do not offer

We do not offer emergency repairs, on-site visits, product sales, warranties, or quotes for individual installations. For glass breakage, an unstable frame, an elevated opening or a potentially unsafe door, contact a qualified local professional. Do not send private credentials, payment data or personal identification documents.
